Board Bumpers Shipping Policy.
Please read and review carefully before purchasing.
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you via email when the item is expected to be back in stock and shipped out. We ship all orders from our warehouse in Las Vegas, NV, USA.
2. Delivery Location
We ship worldwide using UPS, USPS (United States Postal Service) with Priority, Priority Express and Priority/Priority Express International. If your address or location isn’t supported when checking out, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to help. International customers use USPS at your own risk, if you haven't had success in the past with USPS handing off to your country's post office please use UPS as tracking data is very limited once it leaves the United States.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated transit time will be provided to you at check out. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, customs delay, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Order Fulfillment
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days of the date of your order. Business days mean Monday to Friday, except holidays. If an order fulfillment is going to take longer than this timeframe in unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email with updates regarding your order. Packages that are valued at $750 or more will require a signature at delivery. We reserve the right to split ship or change shipment method on any orders with Battery products to comply with Lithium Ion shipment regulations. Kit orders may be marked as fulfilled even if a battery is still on its way. We will do our best to accommodate any order cancellation requests; however, depending on the volume of messages we have at the time of the request, there can be a gap period between the request and your order being shipped. If this happens you may return your order for a refund. Cancellations cannot be guaranteed before shipment.
5. Tracking Orders
Once an order has been received we will put the items together, package it and create a shipping label. The shipping label contains a tracking number which is then updated once picked up by our dispatcher or delivered to post office. You will receive a confirmation via email once your item has shipped and with a tracking number. You can track your package via the link sent via email or by copying the tracking number and entering it into the USPS tracking service online. Please note that tracking your order online will give you the most up to date information.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Depending on the value of the order we reserve the right to choose a different shipping method then selected at check out if the original method does not offer a signature delivery.
7. Free Shipping On Orders Over $250
Free Shipping for orders over $250 is only available for orders within the USA. Use the coupon code ‘ECONOMYSHIPPING’ at checkout to apply the discount. Please note that we have have the right to ship any packages with the Free Shipping coupon applied in the most economical way possible. This includes slower than usual shipping times, omission of required signature delivery, and possible use of other shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, etc).
8. Customs Import Tax
All orders shipped outside the USA are subject to Customs Import Tax when entering a country. The cost of the Import Tax will vary depending on the cost of goods coming in, your countries import tax rules and currency conversion. You will be responsible for paying this tax when the item is delivered.
If you refuse to pay this tax, the item will then be sent back to our warehouse (or in many cases, not returned to us and abandoned by shipping company), these items will be marked as abandoned and are not eligible for a refund. 9. Damaged Items in Transport
Unfortunately, sometimes items get damaged or mishandled while in transport. If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at email@example.com.
